Context Adaptation

We believe that training targeted at the company's reality has significant benefits and increases learning retention.

With this in mind, the aim is to have a few chats before the training to understand the context of your organization and format the content according to the reality experienced in the company.

After the contract is signed, there will be a preparation period for the training, during which additional discussions may be necessary.

Official training programs such as Kanban and Scrum will have certificates issued by the certifying organizations.

For other training courses, a Synergyc certificate will be provided.

The student must attend the minimum number of classes and complete the course's exercises and dynamics.

Kanban Coaching Professional and Agile Coach, helping companies achieve their goals using agile methods. He has worked on projects in Brazil and the United States, applying flow management concepts to knowledge work.

With over 20 years of market experience, he is a member of the Kanban University faculty and a speaker at national and international agile events. He is focused on results and pragmatic management. Pedro holds a degree in Computer Science and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance.

Pedro Luiz Martins Cruz (TKP, KMP, KCP e AKT)

Professor

Agile/Kanban enthusiast Marcelo has worked in software development for over 20 years. He focuses on high quality and simplicity and has been involved with agile methodologies since 2001, leading teams using Extreme Programming, Scrum, and Kanban. One of his projects using Unified Flow was recognized as the first case in Brazil to observe an organization evolving to level 4 of the KMM empirically. As a consultant, his experience guides companies in developing a continuous improvement model and creating their own agile practices and tools through automation, metrics, predictability, and systems thinking.
